Don't Confuse Gay Right and Human Right -Lawyer Moses Foh tell NCPHRSV

Lawyer Moses Foh Amoaning in a discussion with The National Coalition For Proper Human Right And Sexual Values (NCPHRSV) made a interesting Statement.

On 22nd March,2021, The National Coalition For Proper Human Right and Sexual values (NCPHRSV) called on Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Laban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin to discuss issues relating to legislation on the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) groups in Ghana.

In the discussion, lawyer Moses Foh made an interesting contribution saying Gay Rights should not be confused with human Rights.

He also called on Ghanaians to put the discussions on LGBTQ in the proper Ghanaian Cultural context and stated that Ghana will not flout any international law if it decides not to legalize LGBTQ right.

Lawyer Moses Foh added that their coalition has put measure’s in place to rehabilitate former homosexuals and to provide alternatives to Comprehensive Sexual Education.
